Description:
DH-1200 SEMI-AUTO roof top type carton fill and seal machine is made up of three parts: box making, covering and filling and sealing.
1. Equipment process flow:
- make boxes; put the brought carton sheets to ultrasonic welding, press seal molding, to take out to opened cartons.
-install cap: open carton, (artificial top), put cap in machine and ultrasonic welding, to take the carton with cap.
-filling and sealing with date printing: to feed in machine opening carton, (manual), filling - ultrasonic welding, sealing, date printing conveyor, output finished cartons
The operation process of filling machine is automatically controlled by computer program control, and the other is automatic control of electrical appliances. The whole process is controlled by the PLC program, which is completed by 2 people.
