The equipment process flow is as follows:
- Box making: carton pieces are purchased and fed manually, followed by ultrasonic welding and press seal molding. After that, the box is manually taken out and opened.
- Caps application: the opened carton is manually filled with caps and ultrasonic welded. After that, the carton is opened again with the cap now in place.
- Filling: the opened carton is again filled with caps manually, followed by filling of the product, ultrasonic welding, sealing, conveyor, and finished product.
The operation process of the filling machine is automatically controlled by a computer program, while the other parts are automatically controlled by electrical appliances. The entire process is managed by a PLC program, and the system can be completed by two people working together.
